How Much Does Real Estate Photography Cost in Jupiter, FL? (2026 Guide)
A clear breakdown of real estate photography pricing in Jupiter & Palm Beach County — what drives cost, what's worth paying for, and how to budget.
If you’re listing a home in Jupiter, one of the first questions you’ll ask is simple: what should I budget for photos? The honest answer is “it depends” — so here’s what real estate media actually costs around Palm Beach County in 2026, and where your money makes the biggest difference.
What drives the price
Three things move real estate photography pricing more than anything else:
- Photo count and home size. A two-bedroom condo needs far fewer frames than a 6,000-square-foot waterfront estate. Most listings land somewhere between 25 and 45 finished images.
- Aerial coverage. Drone photos and video add cost because they require a licensed pilot and more time on site — but for waterfront and large-lot homes, they’re often the difference-maker.
- Video and extras. Cinematic walkthroughs, twilight images, floor plans, and 3D tours are each priced as add-ons. You only pay for what the listing actually needs.
Typical ranges in Palm Beach County
- Photo-only packages: roughly $150–$350 depending on photo count and home size.
- Photo + drone: add $100–$150 for aerial stills and a short clip.
- Cinematic video: $200–$400 for a polished 60–90 second walkthrough.
- Add-ons, market-wide: floor plans (
$100), Matterport 3D tours ($200), twilight sets ($130), virtual staging ($40/room). These are typical Palm Beach County rates for the market as a whole — none of the four are on our own price list, so treat them as budgeting context rather than something to book from us.
A full marketing push for a typical single-family listing — strong photos, drone, and a video — usually lands in the $500–$900 range. Luxury and waterfront listings run higher because they demand more.
Where the money is actually worth it
Not every listing needs everything. But a few add-ons consistently earn their keep:
- Drone, on waterfront or acreage. Location is the selling point — show it. (Hiring a pilot? Here’s what Florida drone law requires.)
- Video, on anything over ~$750k. Out-of-state buyers make decisions from their phones — one reason professional media helps homes sell faster.
- Twilight, on homes with great outdoor space. Widely booked in this market, and priced above as context — but it is not a line on our menu, so book it with a studio that shoots it.
How we price it
Per listing, and published. Our whole real estate photography price list is on one page: pick one of three photo tiers, add drone stills, drone video or a cinematic walkthrough where the property earns them, and the sum of those lines is the price of that listing. Nothing is billed by the hour, nothing is quoted privately, and travel inside our service area is included. These are founding-client rates while the studio is new; what that means and how long the window runs is on the pricing page.
There is no plan to join and no volume deal. The price of a listing does not depend on whether it is your first with us or your fortieth, and there is no monthly figure, no minimum and nothing to sign. If you list twice a year, you pay the published rate twice a year; if you list twenty times, you pay it twenty times.
Two things that follow from that, worth saying plainly. First, everything on our list is a daytime shoot — twilight sets, floor plans, virtual staging and Matterport tours are on the market ranges above but are not lines on our menu, so if a listing genuinely needs one, book it with someone who shoots it. Second, we do not sell agent websites as part of this. An agent or brokerage who wants a brand site is buying a website like any other local business, and that is priced on the small business page.
The bottom line
Good real estate photography isn’t an expense — it’s the cheapest, highest-leverage marketing you’ll buy for a listing. For most Jupiter-area homes, a few hundred dollars buys dramatically more buyer attention. Tell us about your listing and we’ll put together an honest quote.
