Jupiter · Palm Beach County, FL
Your website and everything inside it, from one team in Jupiter, FL.
Web design for small businesses on the Palm Beach coast, plus the photography, video and licensed aerials that fill the site. And real estate photography on listings, priced per property. One team, one look, one point of contact.
Why one team
The site and the pictures in it come from the same two people.
Jupiter Coastal Media is Kyle and Chloe Romero. We do the web design, and we originate every image that goes in the site — the photography, the video, the aerials. There is no handoff between the person laying out a page and the person shooting the picture that fills it.
In practice that means one brief, one look across your site and your Google profile, one invoice, and one number to call when the menu changes or a listing goes live. Kyle holds the FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate, so the aerial work is flown legally and any airspace authorization is filed before the shoot rather than on the morning of it.
Web design
Fast, custom-built sites you own outright, structured around how people actually search for a local business in Jupiter.
Photography
Brand, interior, food and property photography shot on location, edited and sized for the site, the Google profile and the feed.
Video
Short promos for the top of a page, vertical cuts for the places people scroll, b-roll for ads you already run.
Drone & aerial
Aerial stills and footage flown by Kyle under his FAA Part 107 certificate, with airspace authorization filed before the shoot.
Where we focus
Two kinds of client, on purpose.
We stopped selling a menu of services and narrowed to the two markets we can be genuinely good at. One buys a website and the media that fills it. The other buys media on a property, one listing at a time.
Small Business Marketing
A website plus the photography, video and licensed aerials that fill it — for restaurants, marinas, retail, trades and professional practices on this coast.

Real Estate Photography & Listing Media
Real estate photography, drone and video on a single property — one shoot, one price per listing, from $149 for photos. Nothing recurring, nothing to sign.
Explore serviceRunning a restaurant or bar? There's a page on how the website and the shoot work for a restaurant . An agent or brokerage after a brand site of your own buys it as a local business, on the small business page — the real estate page is for a property you need photographed. Still not sure? Tell us what you sell and we'll point you at the right one.
Our own work
Jupiter Coastal Living: a site we built, shoot and run.
Jupiter Coastal Living is ours — a guide to eating, drinking and spending a weekend in Jupiter. We wrote it, we built it, we shoot the photography in it, and we keep it current. It is not a client project and we do not present it as one.
It is also the clearest proof we can offer honestly: a live site where the people who wrote the code took every picture on the page. Same build approach, same standard for loading fast on a phone, same camera.
This studio is new. Rather than run a strip of logos we have not earned, we point at the work we own outright — and the first client case study goes here when there is one.
How it works
Talk. Build and shoot. Launch.
Three steps, and the only long one is ours.
- 01
Talk
A call about what you sell, who you are up against locally, and what your site and Google profile look like today. You come out of it with a page structure, a shot list and a price — before anyone commits to anything.
- 02
Build & shoot
We shoot on location, ground and aerial in the same visit, while the site is being built around those images. Layout and photography get decided together instead of one waiting on the other.
- 03
Launch
The site goes live and the files come with it — full-resolution and web-sized, horizontal and vertical, named and organized. Keep us on for hosting and updates on the care plan, or take it from here.
Recent Work
A look at recent work
Restaurants, waterfront property and aerials, all shot by us. The restaurants here are photography subjects — we shot them, we did not build their sites.
Pricing
The price list is published.
Most web studios here quote in private. We publish every line item instead — website tiers, photo sets, video and aerials — with a number next to each one. There is one menu for small businesses and one for listing media, and either lets you total the exact mix you want before you speak to anyone.
Nothing is billed by the hour. You buy a defined set of deliverables at a defined price, which is the only way to compare two quotes honestly. Line items start at $99. On the small business side, packages bundle the site and the shoot together; on the real estate side, every figure is the price of covering one listing and there is nothing recurring behind it.
We are a new studio and the rates reflect that. They will not stay at this level indefinitely, and we would rather say so than pretend otherwise.
Start where it makes sense
Some businesses start with the site and add the photography once it is live. Others book a shoot first and rebuild the site around the images. Both work. A listing is simpler: send the address and book the shoot.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Still have a question? We're happy to help — reach out and we'll get back to you quickly.
Ask a QuestionWhat does Jupiter Coastal Media do?
Two things, across Jupiter and Palm Beach County, Florida. For small businesses: web design, plus the photography, video and aerial work that goes inside the site — one team handles both halves, so the site and the images are made to fit each other. For real estate: listing media on a property, sold per listing — photos, drone stills and video, and cinematic walkthroughs.
Who do you work with?
Small businesses whose customers decide online before they ever walk in — restaurants and bars, marinas and on-water businesses, retail and showrooms, trades and home services, professional practices. And, separately, anyone with a property to photograph: listing agents, brokerages and owners selling privately. That second one is booked per listing, not as an arrangement.
Do I have to buy the website and the media together?
No. For a small business the website, the photography, the video and the aerials are each sold on their own, and plenty of clients start with one. They are cheaper and better together because a single visit covers every page, and the site gets designed around images we know we can get. Listing media for real estate has no website attached at all — it is priced per property.
Do you build websites for real estate agents?
Yes, but as a local business rather than as a real estate service. An agent or brokerage buying a brand site is buying the same website we would build for a restaurant or a trade, at the prices on the small business page. The real estate page is listing media only — photography, drone and video on one property — and there is no website on it.
Are you licensed to fly a drone commercially?
Kyle Romero holds the FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate and flies every billed aerial job. The small business page covers how we handle controlled airspace and LAANC authorizations.
What areas do you serve?
We work throughout Jupiter, Palm Beach Gardens, Tequesta, Juno Beach, North Palm Beach, Abacoa, West Palm Beach, and the rest of Palm Beach County, Florida.
How much does it cost?
Every line item is published. For a small business: website tiers, photo sessions, video and aerials starting at $99, with combo packages that bundle the site and the shoot from $795. For real estate: listing photography from $149, with drone and video priced per listing on top. Nothing is billed by the hour, and you can total the exact mix you want before you speak to anyone.
Do you run ads or manage social accounts?
No. We are a production studio: web design, photography, video and aerials. We do not buy media, run Google Ads or post to your accounts for you. If you run paid advertising yourself or through an agency, we produce the photos and video that go into it, sized for wherever they run.
Can I see client work?
The studio is new, so here is the honest version. The photography is real and local — Topside at the Beacon and Lucky Shuck at Love Street, Jupiter Grill, Lynora's at Alton — but those are photography subjects, not website clients, and we will not imply otherwise. For a full site we built, shoot for and run, look at Jupiter Coastal Living. The first client case study gets published when there is one.
