Small Business Marketing

One team builds your website and shoots everything inside it.

Websites, photography, video and FAA-licensed aerials for businesses across Jupiter and Palm Beach County. The site and the pictures in it come from the same two people, so nothing has to be stitched together afterward.

The offer

One team for the site and everything in it

Local business marketing gets bought in pieces, and that is where it comes apart. A designer builds the site and then asks for photos. The photos come from a phone, a stock library, or a shoot from four years ago. The video never happens at all. A year later the site looks assembled from parts, because it was.

We do both halves. We build the website, and we originate every image inside it — the photography, the video, the aerials. There is no handoff between the person designing the page and the person shooting the picture that fills it, because it is the same two people. The layout gets designed around shots we know we can get, and the shot list gets built around the pages that need filling.

It also means one point of contact and one invoice. When the menu changes, the patio gets rebuilt, or you need three vertical clips for a promotion, you call the people who already have your files, your brand and your site.

We are a production studio, not an ad agency. We do not buy media, run Google Ads or manage pay-per-click budgets. If you already work with an agency, or run ads yourself, we produce the assets and hand them over sized for wherever they run.

What's included

Four capabilities, not four vendors

Buy them together or one at a time. Most businesses start with two and add the rest as the site earns its keep.

01

Websites

Fast, custom-built sites — not a page builder dragged into shape. The structure matches how people actually find a local business: a clear home page, a page for each thing you sell, and the location detail that connects you to Jupiter rather than to nowhere in particular. Built to load quickly on a phone, because that is where your customers are looking. You own the result outright.

02

Photography

Brand, interior, product and food photography shot on location at your business. Someone choosing between you and the place down the street gets to see the real room, the real plate and the real staff. Photos are also the part of a Google Business Profile you control directly, and a profile carrying current pictures of your actual business reads differently from one running on stock.

03

Video

Short video for the places people scroll: a 30-second promo for the top of your site, vertical cuts for Reels and TikTok, b-roll for ads you or your agency already run. Ground and aerial get shot in the same visit so the cuts match. Video costs more to produce than stills and dates faster, so it usually makes sense as the second thing you buy.

04

Drone & aerial

Aerial photography and drone videography flown by Kyle, who holds the FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate. One aerial frame answers where you are — the marina you sit on, the plaza you anchor, the beach two blocks away. Where an address falls under controlled airspace, we file the authorization before the shoot. That is our paperwork, not yours.

How it works

Plan. Shoot. Hand over.

Three steps, and only the first one takes much of your time.

  1. 01

    Plan

We go through what you sell, who you are up against locally, and what your site and Google profile look like today. Out of that comes a page structure and a shot list — the exact images each page needs, agreed before anyone shows up with a camera.

  2. 02

    Shoot & build

We shoot on location at your business, usually in a single visit, ground and aerial together. The site gets built around those images while they are being edited, so the layout and the photography are decided together instead of one waiting on the other.

  3. 03

    Hand over

The site goes live and the files come with it: full-resolution and web-sized stills, video in horizontal and vertical, named and organized. Keep us on for updates and monthly content, or take it from here. Both are fine.

Photography

Restaurants, mostly

We have not built a website for any of them yet. The commercial photography we have shot in Jupiter and Palm Beach County has been mostly food and hospitality — Lucky Shuck and Topside at the Beacon at Charlie + Joe's on Love Street, Jupiter Grill, and Lynora's at Alton in Palm Beach Gardens. Those are photography subjects. We shot them, and there is no logo strip on this site suggesting anything more than that.

Hospitality is a demanding place to learn the job, and what it teaches carries over to every business on this page: reading mixed light you did not get to choose, working around people who have a shift to run, and coming away with a usable frame inside the window you were actually given. A showroom, a clinic, a boatyard or a finished job site is the same problem with different furniture.

If you run a restaurant, there is a page on exactly how we shoot and build for restaurants. More of the photography, ground and air, is on the work page.

Our own work

The site we built to prove the point

Jupiter Coastal Living is ours. We built it, we shoot the photography in it, and we run it — a guide to eating, drinking and spending a weekend in Jupiter. It is the clearest version of what we sell: a site where the people who wrote the code also took every picture on the page.

Same build approach, same standard for speed on a phone, same camera. If you want to see how we structure a site and how we shoot, both are in one place there rather than spread across a portfolio.

This studio is new. Rather than pad this section with logos we have not earned, we show the work we own outright — and the first client case study will sit here when there is one.

Aerial

The drone side, handled properly

Aerial photography and drone videography in Jupiter and Palm Beach County are commercial drone operations, and two separate things have to be true before one legally flies over your business for money. People tend to collapse them into one. The first is the pilot: commercial drone operation in the United States requires an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate. Kyle Romero holds it, and every flight we bill for is flown under it.

The second is the airspace. Palm Beach International sits in West Palm Beach and there are general-aviation fields around the county, so a real share of the addresses we shoot fall under controlled airspace of one kind or another. Flying there legally means authorization before the flight, not after. Most of those requests go through LAANC, the FAA's automated authorization system, which usually answers quickly; where a location is not covered by LAANC, the request goes to the FAA directly and takes longer. We check the map when we book rather than the morning of.

Part 107 also sets the operating rules we fly to — aircraft in visual line of sight, under the altitude limit, no flying over people except where the rules allow it, and anti-collision lighting after dark. None of that is yours to track. It is the reason to hire a certificated pilot instead of whoever on the crew owns a drone.

Some locations cannot be flown at all. A property under a runway approach or inside restricted airspace is off limits, and no amount of paperwork changes that. We will tell you before you book rather than after you have paid.

Who we work with

Businesses on this coast

Local businesses whose customers decide online before they ever walk in.

Restaurants & bars

The room, the plates, the patio at golden hour, and an aerial that shows you are on the water. Enough images to keep a profile and a feed current for a season, not a week.

Marinas & on-water

Charter operators, dockage, boat and engine services. Aerials do most of the work here, because the location is the product and it does not read from the parking lot.

Retail & showrooms

Interiors that look like the store on a good day, product shots that hold up on a shopping page, and a site that tells a first-time visitor where to park.

Trades & home services

Roofers, builders, landscapers, pool and marine trades. Photography of finished work and aerials of completed jobs beat any stock image of a smiling contractor.

Professional services

Clinics, studios, salons, legal and financial offices. A clean site, real interiors and portraits, and the local detail that makes a stranger trust the address.

Vacation & short-term rentals

Airbnb, VRBO and direct-booking properties. The photo set is most of what a guest sees before they book, and one shoot feeds the platform listing, your own booking page and an aerial that settles how close the water really is.

Real estate agents and brokerages belong here too when what you want is a website — a brand site for you or your office is a local business build, priced off this same page. If instead you have a property to photograph, that is per-listing work and it is priced on the real estate photography page.

If you rent a place out by the night, there's a full guide to photographing an Airbnb or VRBO listing — what to shoot, what to skip, and how the same set gets reused on a direct-booking page.

Deliverables

What you receive

Nothing arrives half-finished. Color, exposure and crop are settled before a file reaches you, and the set comes named and grouped by where it goes — so you are not opening forty numbered files to find the one for the home page.

  • A website that stays yours — the domain, the files and the account logins registered in your name
  • Full-resolution stills plus web-sized versions, cropped for the site, your Google Business Profile and social
  • Video delivered horizontal and vertical, so one shoot feeds both the site and the feed
  • Aerial stills and footage flown under FAA Part 107, with any airspace authorization filed for you
  • Files named and organized, delivered by download link — no account to create
  • Full usage rights for your site, ads, print and social

Pricing

One quote instead of two

Most owners end up pricing this job twice. A web shop quotes the build and assumes you will hand over the pictures. A photographer quotes a shoot without knowing what the pages need. Add the two numbers together and you still do not have a finished site — you have a month of waiting on images that arrive in the wrong crop, and two people each pointing at the other.

Both halves are priced here. The packages put the website and the photography, video and aerials that fill it under one number. Below them is the same work priced one line at a time, for when you only need a piece of it — a food session before the season starts, a set of aerials for your Google profile, one page for one promotion. Line items start at $99 and packages at $795, and nothing on either is billed by the hour.

These are the figures we would quote you, not a range to be negotiated up after a call. Read them against whatever the web shop and the photographer sent you.

Website + media

Three packages, one team

One price covers the website and the photography, video and aerials inside it. Each package costs more than the website tier it contains and less than the same pieces bought line by line off the menu below. The media is included, not discounted.

Up to 10 pages, one location, one shoot day. Past that it's Bespoke — and we'll say so before you book.

Who it fits
A business whose website has to carry the entire first impression on its own.

Bespoke

Quoted

Several locations. A build with more pages than the Signature ceiling. An ongoing content schedule. A shoot that runs across multiple days. We quote those directly, off the same rates on this page — there is no hidden second price list.

Real estate agents and brokerages: a website is a small business build, so it lives here rather than on the real estate page — that page prices listing media per listing.

Package prices assume one location and the deliverables listed. Nothing is billed by the hour. We confirm scope and the exact figure in writing before anything is scheduled.

Build it yourself

Price your own mix

Pick the pieces you actually want — a site tier, a photography session, video, aerials, the care plan — and the estimate updates as you go. These are the same rates the packages above are assembled from. When the list looks right, send it over and we'll confirm the number in writing. No obligation, and no call required to see a price.

Quick start:
Website

Built to load fast on a phone, structured around the media we shoot for it. You own the domain, the files and the accounts.

Photography

Shot on location at your business. Delivered full-resolution plus web and vertical crops, and cropped for your Google Business Profile.

Aerial

Flown by Kyle, who holds the FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate. Where a location needs airspace authorization, we file it before shoot day.

Add-ons

Estimate

$0

The rates

What these numbers are, and how long they hold

Every line is a fixed price for a defined deliverable, and travel inside our service area is included. If what you pick starts to look like one of the packages, the package is the cheaper way to buy it — we'll say so before you book rather than after.

Everything above is a founding-client rate. This studio is new, the first handful of projects are priced to get real work on the board, and the rates step up after that. For the core site and the two flagship packages we publish exactly where they land rather than hinting at it, so you can see what you are locking in before you book.

The pricing page holds that side of it — who the founding rate applies to, the three published step-up figures, and the answers to how payment works, whether travel is charged on top and what the care plan does after the first year. If what you need sits outside the menu — several locations, a standing content schedule, a build past the Signature ceiling — we quote it directly.

Good to Know

Frequently asked questions

Still have a question? We're happy to help — reach out and we'll get back to you quickly.

Ask a Question
Do I have to buy the whole thing?

No. Each of the four — the site, the photography, the video, the aerials — is priced and bought separately, and most businesses start with one or two of them. We present them together because a single visit is the cheapest way to end up with all of it: the layout gets drawn around shots we already know we can take, and one trip covers every page that needs filling instead of three.

Do you run ads, PPC or social media advertising?

No. We are a production studio: websites, photography, video, aerials and optional monthly content. We do not buy media, manage Google Ads or pay-per-click accounts, or touch ad spend. If you run paid advertising yourself or through an agency, we produce the photos and video that go into it, sized for wherever they run.

Who owns the website when it's finished?

You do. The domain stays in your name, the files are yours, and you get the accounts. Hosting and a care plan are available but optional — there is no arrangement where leaving us means losing your site. We build clean rather than burying the content inside a page builder, so the next person who touches it can work with it.

Can you set up my Google Business Profile?

Yes, and it is worth doing properly. Photos are one of the few parts of that listing you influence directly, and a profile showing real, current images of your business looks different from one running on stock or nothing at all. We size every image for the profile as part of the shoot — ask when you book and we'll quote the setup with it.

How long does a website take?

A one-page site can launch in about a week. A three-to-five page site is usually two to four weeks, and larger builds run longer. The variable is almost never our end — it is how quickly copy, menus, service lists and feedback come back. Shooting the photography ourselves removes the other usual delay, which is waiting on images that never arrive.

Are you licensed to fly a drone commercially?

Kyle Romero holds the FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate, which is what the FAA requires for commercial drone operation in the United States. Every flight we bill for is flown under it. Where a location sits in controlled airspace, we request authorization before the flight — usually through LAANC, the FAA's automated system — and that is handled for you, not by you.

Do you shoot aerial video in Jupiter, or only aerial photos?

Both. Aerial stills and drone videography come out of the same visit — a set of stills for the site and the Google profile, plus a flown clip that opens a promo video or runs vertically on a feed. Aerial video is a separate line item on the price list because it takes longer to shoot and longer to cut, so you can add it or leave it out. Either way, where the address sits under controlled airspace the authorization is filed before the flight rather than on the morning.

What happens if the weather turns on shoot day?

We reschedule at no charge. Drones do not fly in sustained wind or rain, and heavy overcast flattens aerials badly enough that the frames are not worth delivering. Interior photography can usually go ahead regardless, so a marginal day often means we shoot inside and come back for the exteriors.

What kinds of businesses do you work with?

Restaurants, bars, marinas and on-water businesses, retail and showrooms, trades and home services, and professional practices — across Jupiter, Palm Beach Gardens, Tequesta, Juno Beach, North Palm Beach, Abacoa, West Palm Beach and the rest of Palm Beach County. Real estate agents and brokerages count too when what they want is a website, since a brand site is a local business build like any other. If your customers are local and they find you online first, the work applies.
