Pricing
Every price we charge, published.
Two price lists, because there are two jobs — one for a small business buying a website and the media that fills it, one for a property that has to be photographed. Both are founding-client rates, both are fixed per deliverable, and this page explains what that means before you go and read the numbers.
Where the numbers live
Pick the side you're on
A small business is pricing a website and the photography, video and aerials that go inside it — bought as a package (Launch $795 · Brand $1,250 · Signature $2,350, with Bespoke past that, quoted) or a line at a time. Someone with a listing is pricing one property, once. Those are different purchases, so they get different lists rather than one merged page where half of every line is for somebody else.
Packages start at $795. Individual line items start at $99, and listing photography starts at $149. Both lists let you total up your own estimate before you speak to anyone.
Small business
A shop, a kitchen, a trade, a practice
You sell to people who look you up before they turn up. What you are buying is a site that works on a phone and pictures of your own place instead of stock — priced together as a package, or one line at a time when you only need a piece of it.
On that list: Website tiers, photography sessions including product and food, video, aerials, landing pages and the care plan.

A property that has to be photographed
You are buying one thing: media on one listing. Pick the photo tier the house needs, add the aerials and the video it earns, and that total is the price of that listing. Photography starts at $149. There is no plan to join, no minimum, and no rate that moves with how much you list.
On that list: Three listing photo tiers, drone stills, drone video and a cinematic walkthrough. Every figure is the cost of covering one property.
See listing pricing Skip to the per-listing menu →An agent or brokerage after a brand website is a local business buying a website, so that is the first list — same tiers, same packages, same care plan as any other business. The second list is for the property. Restaurants have a page of their own on how we shoot and build for one — the prices there are the small business ones.
Founding-client rates
Low because we're new, and we'd rather say so
This studio is new. Every number on both lists is introductory: deliberately under where it needs to sit long-term, in exchange for working with people early, while the portfolio is being built. They hold for roughly the first five to ten projects we take on.
After that they step up, and we'd rather publish the step-up now than surprise anyone with it later. The figures alongside are the website and package rates. The per-listing rates are introductory in the same way, but we have not set a number for where they land, so there is none published — we are not going to invent one to fill the table. Whatever rate is on your written quote is the rate you pay either way: booking at a founding-client price locks it for that project, including work scheduled months after the quote.
The rate does not depend on which of the two lists you arrived through, or on how much work you bring. A package is the same package, a shoot day is the same shoot day, and a listing is the same price on the fortieth one as on the first.
Now, and later — websites and packages
- Core website $500 then about $900
- Brand package $1,250 then about $2,000
- Signature package $2,350 then about $3,600
The later column is where these settle once there are three to five finished projects to point at. It is not a countdown or a sale.
Why it's published
What publishing the numbers costs us
Most studios in this market quote in private. The figure arrives after a discovery call, and it arrives shaped by what the call suggested you could pay. That is a normal way to run a service business. We are not doing it.
It has a real cost. We lose the people who read $795 and close the tab, without ever getting the chance to explain what is inside it. We also give up the option of charging the next client more for identical work, because the number is on the internet and the client who booked last month can read it too. That second one is the point, not a side effect.
What it buys you is the ability to work out roughly what a project costs on your own, at eleven at night, without filling in a form to find out. Fixed prices per deliverable, no hourly billing, scope written down before anything is scheduled. The one thing we don't publish is Bespoke work past the Signature ceiling, quoted because its scope genuinely varies from one client to the next rather than because the number is up for negotiation. Listing media has no such gap: every per-listing rate is on the page.
In every quote
What the number on the quote covers
Editing is in the price, not a line item. Photographs come back full-resolution and web-sized, cropped for the site, a Google Business Profile and social. Video is delivered horizontal and vertical from the same shoot. Files arrive named and organized on a download link, with no account to create.
Aerial work is flown by Kyle Romero under an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate, and where a location sits in controlled airspace we file the authorization before shoot day. That's our paperwork. Where a property cannot legally be flown at all, we say so before you book instead of after you've paid.
Weather reschedules cost nothing. You get full usage rights for your site, your ads, print and social. And a website we build is yours — domain, files and accounts in your name from the start, whether or not you keep us on afterwards.
Pricing FAQ
Questions about what things cost
Still have a question? We're happy to help — reach out and we'll get back to you quickly.
Ask a QuestionHow much does a small business website cost in Jupiter, FL?
A core site of three to five pages is $500. A larger six-to-ten-page build is $750. Both are founding-client rates, and both include hosting, updates, backups and monitoring free for the first year, then $49 a month if you keep the care plan. Bundled with the photography, video and aerials that fill it, the whole thing starts at $795 as the Launch package. Every one of those numbers, and the menu they are assembled from, sits in the pricing section of the small business page.
How much does real estate photography cost in Palm Beach County?
It is priced per listing, off the menu on the real estate page. Photography comes in three tiers — $149 for 25 finished photos, $219 for 40, $299 for 60. Drone stills are $99 and drone video is $149, flown in the same visit. A cinematic walkthrough video is $349. Add up the lines the property needs and that total is the price of that listing. Travel inside our service area is included, and there is nothing recurring behind any of it.
Can a real estate agent get a website from you?
Yes, but you buy it as a local business, not as part of a real estate service. It is the same $500 core build or $750 larger build as any other business, or $795 and up as a package with the photo, video and aerial work included — all on the small business page. It does not include an MLS-syndicated IDX home search. The domain, the files and the accounts are in your name from day one. The real estate page is a different thing entirely: media on one property, priced per listing, with no website on it.
Are these real prices or a starting point?
They're what we charge. Every package and every line item on both price lists is a fixed price for a defined set of deliverables, and you get it in writing before anything is scheduled. The only work without a published number is Bespoke — small-business projects past the Signature ceiling, where the scope genuinely varies from one client to the next. Listing media has no unpublished tier at all: every per-listing rate is on the page, and the number doesn't move depending on who is asking or how much you list.
What does 'founding-client rate' actually mean?
It means this studio is new and the prices reflect that. They hold for roughly the first five to ten projects we take on, and then they step up — the core website to about $900, the brand package to about $2,000, the signature package to about $3,600. We publish that now instead of raising prices quietly later. Those three figures are the website and package rates; the per-listing rates are introductory too, but we have not set a step-up number for them and will not publish a guess. Whatever rate is on your written quote is the rate you pay; it doesn't move once you've booked.
Do I have to buy a package?
No, and on the real estate side there are no packages to buy — listing media is sold a line at a time, always. On the small business side the pricing section carries an à la carte menu alongside the packages, and plenty of people start with a single photography session or a site on its own. The packages exist because a website and the images inside it are cheaper and better when they come from the same visit: the layout gets designed around shots we know we can get, and one trip covers every page.
Why are there two price lists instead of one?
Because there are two jobs, and they are not versions of each other. A business owner is pricing a website and a shoot of their own premises. Someone with a listing is pricing one property, once — photos, aerials, maybe a walkthrough — and has no use for a website tier or a care plan. One merged list meant every visitor read past half of it. The founding-client rate, the step-up and everything else in this FAQ apply to both lists.
Do you offer a discount if I list a lot?
No. Every listing is the same published price, whether it is your first with us or your fortieth, and we would rather say that plainly than run a rate that depends on a commitment. There is no plan to join, no minimum, no monthly figure and nothing to sign — you book the listings you want shot, when you want them shot.
What is the ceiling on the Signature package?
Up to ten pages, one location, one shoot day. That ceiling is what makes a fixed price possible. If your project needs a second location, more pages or several shoot days, it's a Bespoke quote — and we'll tell you that before you book rather than after, so nothing gets renegotiated halfway through.
What happens with the care plan after the first year?
It's $49 a month for hosting, updates, backups and monitoring, and it's optional. The first year is free on any site we build. If you cancel, the site is still yours — the domain, the files and the accounts are in your name from day one, and we hand them over rather than holding them. There is no arrangement here where leaving us means losing your website.
Do you bill by the hour?
No. Everything we sell is priced per deliverable, and listing media is priced per property on top of that. You're buying a defined thing at a defined price, which is the only way to compare two quotes honestly. A shoot that runs long because the light finally cooperated does not become a bigger invoice.
How does payment work?
A deposit books the shoot date and the build slot, with the balance due on delivery. Exact terms, milestones and what's included go in the written quote before anything is scheduled — there's nothing to sign on this page.
Is travel charged on top?
No, not inside our service area. We work across Jupiter, Palm Beach Gardens, Tequesta, Juno Beach, North Palm Beach, Abacoa, West Palm Beach and the rest of Palm Beach County, and travel inside it is included in the published prices. Further afield we'll quote the trip before you book it.
What isn't on either list?
We're a production studio, not an ad agency. We don't buy media, run Google Ads or manage pay-per-click budgets, and we don't handle print production or paid listing syndication. If you run ads yourself or through an agency, we produce the photos and video that go into them, sized for wherever they run. On the real estate side there is also no retainer, no monthly plan and no volume tier — the whole list is per listing.
