Effective May 2026

Privacy Policy

Jupiter Coastal Media ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using this site, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

Information you provide. When you submit our contact form, we collect the details you choose to share — typically your name, email address, an optional phone number, the service you're interested in, and your message.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect limited, aggregated technical data (such as pages viewed, approximate region, device type, and referring site) to understand overall traffic. This data is not used to personally identify you.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your inquiry and provide a quote;
  • To communicate with you about your project; and
  • To understand and improve our website and services.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Contact form

Our contact form is processed by FormSubmit, a third-party service that delivers your message to us by email. Your submission is handled according to FormSubmit's privacy practices in addition to this policy.

Analytics

We use website analytics to understand how visitors find and use our site so we can improve it. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics (which does not use cookies) and Google Analytics 4. Google Analytics uses cookies to measure things like pages viewed, traffic sources, and general interactions; it does not tell us your identity. Google may process this data in accordance with its own privacy policy. Analytics data is used only in aggregate.

Cookies

We do not use advertising cookies. We do use analytics cookies (via Google Analytics) to understand site usage. You can control or block cookies at any time through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's opt-out browser add-on.

Data retention

We keep contact-form submissions only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain our business records, after which they are deleted.

Your rights & choices

You may request that we access, correct, or delete the personal information you've shared with us at any time by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live (for example, California residents under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have additional rights regarding your personal information; we honor these requests and do not sell personal information.

Third-party links

Our site may link to third-party sites and profiles (such as our Instagram). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those external sites.

Children's privacy

This website is intended for a general, business audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with its effective date.
